2. Mission, Vision and Values Statement
The Mission describes the core purpose of the business for the near future, the Vision is where the business wants to be in say, five years time and the Values are a statement of the behaviours to be adopted by the company and its employees in the pursuit of its mission and vision. We help you to decide whether you need these statements in your business plan and how you should present them.
3. Company Profile
The Company Profile summarizes the legal status of the business and who are its owners, managers, bankers, key advisors and contact details.
4. Situation Analysis
The Situation Analysis comprises three (3) elements – Your Business Situation, the Industry Situation and your Competitor’s Situation.
The section relating to Your Business Situation includes worksheets, guidance and checklists for you to compile all the data necessary to provide the reader with a good understanding about what your business is/or plans to be. It includes :
