By copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using any Data, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with the terms of this EULA, do not access or use any Data. This EULA does not grant you any rights but for the ones contained herein .
1. TEMPLATE LICENSE. The Data is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other copyright laws and treaties. The Data is licensed not sold .
2. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the right to use the Data only for its intended purpose in personal or commercial correspondence involving person to person communication. You may not sell, resell, licence, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer for value, the Data. You may not distribute the Data in any stand-alone products that contain only the Data or any part of the Data, or as part of any other product. You may not copy or post the Data on any network computer or broadcast it in any media.
3. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. All title and copyrights in and to the Data, and any copies of the Data are owned by the Company. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
4. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Company may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of any Data.

6. NO OBLIGATION. Under no circumstances is the Company under any obligation to provide a hard copy of the Data, or any support, including without limitation, phone support, relating to its use. By accepting this EULA, you acknowledge that you are downloading or otherwise receiving an electronic collection of documents and other information collectively known as the Data, and that your computer has the necessary software and capacity to open and view the Data. The Company is under no obligation to support software necessary to view these documents.
This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
