The founders recognized many years ago that business people have very little cost effective support or readily available tools when it comes to developing, funding and starting up a new business, for valuing businesses, or for making soundly reasoned investment decisions using recognized financial evaluation approaches.

With the assistance of experienced business managers, accountants and lawyers, we first set about preparing a guide and easy to use templates and financial spreadsheets for preparing successful business plans. Our aim was to give business people the advice, instructions and tools necessary to guide them through the business planning process, to prepare a business plan in the format expected by potential lenders or investors and hopefully to help them avoid the many pitfalls that often confront new business ventures.
